  1. The Schnucks at Howdershell Rd have continued to get worse and worse. It’s not the whole store; it’s just the absolute neglect of your products in all meat departments. Your prepackaged ham is old when you attempt a purchase. Your meat, “fresh”, haha, has to be bought and used that day or the next, or it’s out of date. Why do you sell shit meat at that store? I work in Clayton, and your meat is always fresh there, but not at the Shackelford store. Do you think we are lesser people here in Florissant?? I do not care for your store at Cross Keys. It’s not much better. We have not bought any meat from you for over 2 years. But if I’m in a hurry, it would be nice to buy meat for the week there. Instead, we buy all our meat from Dierbergs, and slowly, we’ve become full customers of theirs for all items. You are just some foolish people. I just stopped in yesterday and was reminded why my family no longer feels your store meets our family needs.

  2. We have had shoppers since 1069: great products and excellent help by all. Today, Jessica in the Self-Help Department gave me exceptional service.

  3. I would like to see more organic items sold. The Chesterfield store does a lot better than the Dorset store: it offers no seed oils and no added sugar.
I follow the Bobby Parrish app, and I have to go to Wal-Mart or Dierbergs to get some organic items like salad dressing. I don’t see much grass-fed beef, so I go to Aldi and get a hamburger or Sam’s. Even Costco has organic items in their store. I want to send you a thank you note next time. Oh, Chesterfield has a designated area for gluten-free/organic items. Dorset does not they used to.

  4. I very much appreciated the assistance of Schnucks employees Alantae and Shelah on 01/15/2025 at 16580 Manchester Rd, Wildwood, MO 63040. I was not able to get into my car; my phone battery was low, and it was cold and getting dark outside. They went above and beyond to help me, providing by far the most critical customer service I have ever received at Schnucks or any store. Please let them know how grateful I am for their help!

  5. I just checked out at Hampton and Gravois, and Mileko noticed I purchased a lot of produce. He recommended that I sign up for the Healthier membership. He didn’t have to go out of his way, but he did. It was super simple to sign up, and I left feeling cared about. Thank you, Mileko!

  6. I want the fruits and vegetables to be better attended – a few times, I have got vegetables or fruits, and the next day they go bad. Or the choice of the produce is slim due to the products being old.

I have also purchased canned items, and when opened up, the food is BAD!! I have to really pay attention to the freshness dates.

  7. I went to the cashier, Kally, and she said hello. I was going to put everything in two bags and then double-bag it. She mixed my fruit with meat and put all the cans together in a pot. She was very rude when I asked about rewards and then smirked at me like I was an idiot.

  8. A special thank you to Renee from the deli/wingbar department. Renee was a great help in getting the food I wanted to purchase for our dinner. Renee went above and beyond with a smile and was very friendly.

    Thank you Renee
    Bridgeton Store

  9. I was at the Edwardsville, IL Schnucks. I was so disappointed at the checkout. I felt very uncomfortable with the conversation that the checker and the bagger were having. Kyle, the bagger, was complaining about an older customer stating how he was upset about how he was bagging the product. And continue to say, if you don’t like the way I’m begging, why don’t you do it yourself? This kind of conversation is so unprofessional. And, indeed, the beggars do not know how to bag. I usually wind up with my bread and eggs on the bottom of something weighty. Or my bags are so heavy I can barely lift them out of the cart.

  10. Bakery manager Carrie at the Waterloo, Illinois, location was beneficial and courteous over two different days while preparing a special order. She was helpful, friendly, courteous, and smiling while extremely busy. She had the kind of attitude that makes you want to patronize an establishment. Tim Arnold.

  11. WHOSE STUPID IDEA WAS IT to remove the individual baskets from the Telegraph store? The “friendliest stores” in town are false advertising. This is what Wal-Mart does. So Schnucks has dropped to WalMart levels of cold service. I can shop at Dierbergs.

  12. Bonnie at the Checkouts Is Always So Nice and Pleasant. Very Efficient worker also. She’s Awesome. Also, I forgot to mention that the Meat butcher was walking and filling up the meat counter, and he was very nice too. Let’s, I think it was

  13. Stopped at the Charles St store in Rockford on June 27th just after 8 pm. I was having trouble with a self-checkout terminal, and turned on my light for assistance. After a few minutes, my light went off. I asked an attendant for help, and she was insulting. Her name tag said BEC. Perhaps this person would be better suited to a job that doesn’t require customer interaction. I have always made Schnucks my first choice for groceries, but with so many other options in the area, I cannot accept service like this.

  14. Just finished shopping at the High Ridge store and tried to activate digital coupons in store by scanning the product’s barcode. There was zero connectivity in the entire store, and each scan received “Ooops…something went wrong” on the Schnucks app. When I inquired with one of the workers, I was told that the problem is that there are too many trees around the building. I’m guessing that Dierbergs and Aldi’s have much better connectivity. They seem to have fewer “trees”. Thank you.
